At The Camera Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
